We already believe in this! The "runaway"- orchestrated?- of a working document of the European Commission declaring the Italian- Belgium-Swedish Consortium had arrived on the head of the selection process for the .eu Registry, had re-hastened the rumors and they waited finally its concretion. They felt disappointed about the way of the answer. It was made by means of an act of giving the lie. The European Commission announced it to keep silent some Web sites less prudent. According with this text, The Minister Counsels of the Commission wouldn’t have chosen the Registry. That it isn’t clear is, how Ministers can deny the working months done. On the other hand, if they chose the EurId consortium in all, things wouldn’t be so fast, since the association would have to give itself the moral personality in order to can- finally- start the contract negotiations on a hand with the European Commission and on the other hand with the ICANN.
