The Vietnams registry-VNNIC- which was inspired in its Chinese "neighbor" or, simply had the desire of increasing the using of its local Internet resource, recently also announced its association with an American company- Hi Tek which, according we know, in a different way that NeuStar for .CN doesn’t intervene today in any other Registry- in order to allow to foreign companies to put dominion names into com.cn, under the well known standard that goes "first that arrives, first in attention". Opposite to China, it isn’t possible a "directly" registry into .vn.
