4 - The .FR I want to register isn’t in my Kbis. What do I have to do ?

You must go to the Commerce Chamber of your department and do an application of Kbis modification. It will have to be signed by the manager or the president of the society. This document will have to be transmitted to the Secretary of the Commerce Court that gives back a modified Kbis in a term of 24h. When you be in possession of the new Kbis, you can register your domain name in Domaine.fr ! This Kbis modification costs about 230 F, but the price can vary from a department to another one.
